Aquanauta CE becomes one of the first incubatees of the European Space Agency Business Incubation Center in Hungary.
Aquanauta CE is incubated at ESA Business Incubation Centre Hungary. The European Space Agency’s BIC in Hungary is co-financed by the MTA Wigner RCP and ESA. ESA Business Incubation Centre Hungary opened 2 July 2018 to support entrepreneurs creating new local start-up companies developing services and applications from using space technology and satellite services. The centre in managed by the renowned Wigner Research Centre for Physics, the main research institute in Hungary covering a wide range of topics from particle physics to space physics, and from theoretical physics to applied research. Wigner RCP is already working with ESA on several programmes as well as on technology transfer activities, being responsible for the Hungarian National Technology Transfer Initiative.
